Led by a director who has owned, scaled, and managed major cleaning operations across the UK and Australia, the business combines proven operational leadership with a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services.
While Sage Facilities is a new name in the market, the company is built on strong foundations — structured systems, professional teams, and a focus on long-term client partnerships.
Meet Mark Dixon
With more than three decades in the commercial cleaning industry, Mark Dixon brings extensive operational and leadership experience to Sage Facilities.
Mark began his career in the UK, where he owned and operated a commercial cleaning company before becoming part-owner of Airlite, contributing to the company’s growth and eventual $25 million sale in 2016.
He later held senior leadership roles in Australia’s facilities services sector, including:
- State Manager – WA
- General Manager – Operations & Special Projects
- Operations Manager
- Area Manager
- Site Manager
Today, he leads Sage Facilities with a focus on service quality, operational excellence and long-term client partnerships.
